Soft Leaf Yuca

Soft leaf yucca, Yucca recurvifolia,  is a versatile plant in the landscape. They look great planted in clumps contrasted with small clumping grasses like Mexican feather grass. The leafs are semi stiff and have a matte green appearance. Every spring the soft leaf yucca sends up big clusters of lantern like white flowers that attract nocturnal pollinators like giant moths.
