Paddle Plant

Paddle Plant, Kalanchoe thyrsiflora, is a tender succulent that is best used in pots to provide seasonal interest during the warm times. It handles cold down to 30 degrees. I have some growing outside on a southern exposure as an experiment to see if it will make it during the winter. It is growing alongside pineapple plants and so far both have withstood the winter so far (currently Jan 10).
